Remuneration

Anglicare offers competitive salary ranges depending on employee’s position, qualification level and experience in line with the current award rates. Salary ranges specific to each role are listed on each position description. In addition to an employee’s salary, Anglicare provides 11% employer superannuation guarantee.  

Generous salary packaging benefits are available under Anglicare’s PBI status. Anglicare also offers other benefits including additional personal leave and paid parental leave.

Sanctuary

Sanctuary is a trauma-informed care model that supports people who work in stressful human services and care delivery environment. 

Evidence suggests that organisations that implement the Sanctuary Model see a reduction in staff turn-over and burnout, which in turn leads to better outcomes for clients. By introducing Sanctuary, we can ensure that staff are safe and have the capacity to create a safe environment in which to care for our clients, participants, residents and families.

 Personality and Behavioural Assessments

Prior to a job interview, shortlisted applicants are required to undertake the psychometric profiling instrument. This is a screening test that enables Anglicare to gain an overall picture of how closely an individual applicant matches position requirements. It is a helpful tool used in the hiring process to avoid hiring mistakes. 

Through the use of this testing we endeavour to find the most suitable applicant for available positions.
