Centre Administrator

12-month Maternity Leave Contract - 60 hours per fortnight

We are looking for an experienced Centre Administrator on a 12-month maternity leave contract, who is committed to continuous improvement. As administrator, you will be the first point of contact with all of our families. The administrator will book in Centre tours, conduct enrolment interviews, action waitlists, process family accounts and work alongside the Director and assist with administration duties.

Calwell Early Childhood Centre is a service that has exceeded the National Quality Standards and remains dedicated to ongoing quality improvement. The service caters for 67 children daily aged six weeks to five years of age. Our programs run from 7.30-6.00pm 50 weeks per year.

Essential requirements

  • Knowledge of QikKids Childcare management system software
  • Current Working with Vulnerable People check
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • To have or be working towards a Certificate III in Business Administration Knowledge about Early Childhood Education and Care or Qualifications would be an advantage

Applicants will be required to undertake the psychometric profiling instrument - SafeSelectTM. Applicants must obtain a Working With Vulnerable People clearance through the Office of Regulatory Services and undergo a National Criminal History Check prior to an offer of employment.
