About the Role

We're seeking a multi-skilled Graphic Designer to join our Communications team at Anglicare. If you love bringing ideas to life across print, digital, web, and video—and you want your work to matter—this is the role for you.

You'll support diverse programs including Disability Services, Foster Care, Early Learning, and Retirement Living. Every project will be an opportunity to make a meaningful impact and reflect our mission of care, inclusion, and community support.

What You'll Do

  • Design bold, on-brand visuals for social media, print, reports, and campaigns
  • Shape and manage Anglicare's visual identity across platforms
  • Shoot, edit, and produce short videos and motion graphics
  • Maintain and evolve our website's design and functionality
  • Work collaboratively to deliver engaging, consistent content that tells meaningful stories
  • Manage multiple projects from concept to delivery

What You'll Bring

  • Degree or diploma (with substantial experience) in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or Digital Media
  • A creative and diverse portfolio across branding, layout, digital, and video
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite - especially Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects
  • Solid understanding of user experience and accessibility in design
  • A flexible, can-do mindset and the ability to work to deadlines
  • A passion for creating with purpose
