The Opportunity
We seek a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager - NDIS to lead strategic initiatives that enhance our market presence, build strong sector partnerships, and improve access to life-changing services for NDIS participants.
This high-impact role strongly focuses on strategic growth, stakeholder engagement, compliance, and innovation.
What You'll Do
- Identify, pursue, and convert B2B and B2C growth opportunities in the NDIS sector
- Develop and lead innovative business development strategies
- Build referral networks with support coordinators, LACs, plan managers, and other stakeholders
- Represent the organisation at expos, forums, and key industry events
- Support grant writing, tender responses, and EOIs
- Monitor KPIs, report to executive leadership, and assist in budget planning
- Ensure alignment with NDIS practice standards, compliance obligations, and quality frameworks
- Drive culturally safe and trauma-informed practices consistent with the Sanctuary Model
About You
- Proven success in business development, sales, or strategic growth roles, ideally within the NDIS or community services sector
- Deep understanding of the NDIS framework, pricing arrangements, and participant journey
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with strong analytical, reporting, and planning capabilities
- Passionate about inclusive and person-centred service delivery
- NDIS Worker Screening Check, Driver's Licence, and completion of the NDIS Commission module
