This is an Indigenous specified role (pursuant to Section 14 of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1977 (NSW). Accordingly, we are seeking applications from suitably qualified Indigenous Australians.

Anglicare are seeking applications for a committed and compassionate Specialist Aboriginal Domestic, Family & Sexual Violence Case Manager to join our dynamic Moruya office, supporting individuals and families impacted by domestic, family, and sexual violence across the Eurobodalla region.
This vital role delivers culturally safe, trauma-informed, and client-centred support tailored to the unique needs of Aboriginal clients. You will work closely with individuals and communities to provide holistic care that promotes healing, safety, and empowerment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive risk assessments and developing safety plans
- Providing culturally appropriate court support across the region
- Managing cases and coordinating services to ensure wraparound support
- Advocating for clients' rights and access to appropriate services and resources
This position plays a critical role in ensuring Aboriginal clients receive respectful, effective, and empowering support on their path to safety and wellbeing.
About You
The most important attribute you can bring to this role is your engaging, helpful, and friendly nature. You will also need to multitask while remaining professional in all situations, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills. A willingness to learn and the ability to work collaboratively as well as individually are also essential.
For this role, a minimum Diploma of Community Services or an equivalent qualification in the Human Services field is required.
