Administration Support Officer

We are seeking a committed Administration Support Officer to join our PSP team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure compliance with accreditation, auditing, and record-keeping requirements while maintaining accurate and up-to-date client information. You'll play a key role in supporting internal operations and team communication, while demonstrating cultural sensitivity, particularly when engaging with Aboriginal communities

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the PSP program, including compliance reporting, accreditation documentation, and maintaining client databases.
  • Maintain clear and accurate records, files, and reports in line with legislation and organisational policies.
  • Support the Senior Management Team and Executive Director with administrative needs and internal documentation.
  • Coordinate office duties including travel and accommodation bookings, fleet vehicle servicing, and general administration.
  • Promote inclusive and culturally sensitive engagement with Aboriginal clients and communities.

About You

  • Certificate II in Business Administration or working toward (minimum).
  • Experience in administrative support (desirable, not essential).
  • Culturally sensitive approach when working with Aboriginal people and diverse communities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Publisher).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative team mindset.
