Senior Coordinator- Permanency Support Program (PSP)

The core mission of Anglicare (NSW South, West & ACT) is to break the cycle of intergenerational poverty for children, young people and families. We have a particular focus on serving vulnerable communities in the ACT and in southern and western NSW.

Anglicare is delivering the new Permanency Support Program -as part of the significant Out of Home Care reforms in NSW. We are seeking a Senior Coordinator for the Riverina Foster Care and Kinship Care program based in Albury. This is an exciting chance to lead a team to provide trauma informed, therapeutic case management and permanency services for children, young people and their families who have experienced significant adversity. This is a real opportunity to support children and young people to heal, thrive and transform their futures.

Key responsibilities of the position include providing leadership to the Case Management, Carer Support and Restoration teams including supervising, supporting and developing staff to meet the therapeutic care needs of children and young people as well as meeting the quality and compliance requirements for the delivery of the Permanency Support Program.

The successful applicant requires a tertiary degree qualification in Psychology, Social Work or related discipline. Minimum five years' experience working with Children and Young People in OOHC is required.
